Terms of Service
Effective: April 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of LeadManagement ("the Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these terms. We keep this short and in plain English so you can actually read it.
Account & access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Each subscription is for a single company / workspace; sharing one account across unrelated organisations is not permitted.
Subscriptions, billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in INR for the validity period shown on the plan (for example, 365 days). Your subscription becomes active once payment is confirmed. You can change to a higher plan at any time from your workspace settings.
No refunds
All payments made to LeadManagement are final and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) plan purchases, renewals, plan upgrades, and any partial-period usage. We do not issue prorated refunds when you downgrade, cancel, stop using the Service, or do not consume your plan limits. Please evaluate the product on the free trial before paying.
Cancellation
You can stop using or cancel the Service at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not refund the current billing cycle. Your data remains accessible until your validity period ends, after which the workspace becomes read-only until you renew.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email or run cold-email campaigns from within the CRM.
- Store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or anyone's personal data without their consent.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access with parties outside your organisation.
Your data
You own the leads, notes, and other data you put into LeadManagement. We act only as a processor of that data and never sell or use it for advertising. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may happen. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss outside our control, or third-party service disruptions.
Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, branding, and documentation belong to LeadManagement. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your active subscription. No other rights are granted.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms — including non-payment, abusive use, or violations of acceptable use. Where reasonable, we will notify you first. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadManagement's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost leads.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of LeadManagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change, and the new version will appear on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
