Frequently asked questions

Everything LeadManagement actually does — straight from the product, no fluff.

What can I track for each lead?

Every lead carries name, email, phone, designation, company name, website, address, source, status, priority (High / Medium / Low), expected value, description, products of interest, and assigned team members. Each lead also gets a unique LD-00001 style ID. You can extend the form with custom fields (text, textarea, number, email, phone, date, dropdown, or checkbox) from Lead Settings.

How does the Lead Board work?

The Lead Board is a kanban view where every lead is a card grouped under your statuses. Drag a card to a new column to move it through the pipeline — the status updates instantly. Click any card to open the full lead detail with its activity timeline.

How do follow-ups work?

For any lead you can schedule a follow-up of type Call, Email, Meeting, Demo, Visit, or Other. The Follow-ups page lists everything across the team with statuses Upcoming, Completed, or Cancelled, so reps know exactly what to do next and nothing slips.

Can I customize statuses, sources, and lead fields?

Yes. From Lead Settings you can add or rename your own pipeline statuses, define your own lead sources/types, and create custom fields (text, textarea, number, email, phone, date, dropdown, checkbox) that appear in the Add Lead form.

Can my team use it together?

Yes. Add Team Members from the Team Members page. The company admin gets full access; team members get a focused view (Dashboard, Leads, Lead Board, Follow-ups). For other staff, you control which modules they see — Leads, Lead Board, Follow-ups, Team Performance, Products & Services, Team Members, Lead Settings, Subscriptions, Settings — by ticking the modules to assign.

Can I track team performance?

Yes. The Team Performance page shows metrics per team member so owners and managers can compare reps without asking for a status report.

Can I manage products and services?

Yes. The Products & Services page lets you maintain a catalog of what you sell and attach those products to a lead, so you can see which products convert and which do not.

What does the Dashboard show?

A morning glance at the whole pipeline — total leads, hot leads, deals won, revenue this month, conversion rate, and a lead conversion funnel — so the owner does not need to ping the team for updates.

How do subscription plans work?

Each plan defines a lead limit, a team-member limit, and a validity period. From My Subscriptions you can see your active plan, days left, payment history, and upgrade to a larger plan when you outgrow your current one.

How do I get started?

Sign up with your company details, activate your account from the email we send, then add your team members and start capturing leads. Sample setup takes a couple of minutes.
